From emotional support and newborn care guidance, to healing and recovery, our goal is to create a peaceful environment where you feel seen, supported, and strengthened. We offer both daytime support and overnight doula support.

A doula is a trained professional who provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. Unlike medical providers, doulas focus on comfort, confidence in both the birthing mother and partner, and helping families feel informed and empowered. A doula offers personalized care tailored to your birth preferences—whether you’re planning a hospital birth, birth center delivery, or home birth. With a doula by your side, you never have to navigate pregnancy or birth alone.

The evidence on doulas have shown to enhance the entire labor and birth experience by reducing unnecessary interventions and offering steady emotional and physical support for both the birthing mother and her partner. While nurses, midwives, and loved ones play important roles, studies consistently show that dedicated doula support has a uniquely positive impact. Studies have shown the following benefits:
• 31% decrease in the risk of being dissatisfied with the birth experience
• 38% decrease in the baby’s risk of a low five-minute APGAR score
• Shorter labors by 41 minutes on average
• 10% decrease in the use of any medications for pain relief
• Fewer medical interventions such as Pitocin
• Increase in the likelihood of a spontaneous vaginal birth (decreased inductions)
• May decrease the chance of Cesarean by 39%

Locationally, we support all births from home births, hospital births, & birthing centers. We are here to support you with your desired birth whether that is unmedicated, low intervention, epidural birth, or when facing unexpected scenarios. Additionally, we have a package tailored to moms who may be going into their birth without a birth companion present.
